KeptDelete your Kept account
You can permanently delete your Kept account and all of its data at any time. There are two ways.
Option 1: In the app (fastest)
- Open Kept and go to the Settings tab.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
- If you signed in with Apple, confirm once more with Apple. This also removes Kept from your Apple ID.
Your account is deleted immediately.
Option 2: By email
If you no longer have the app, email us from the address you signed in with:
- To: bhushandhapodkar1997@gmail.com
- Subject: Delete my Kept account
- Include whether you signed in with Google or Apple.
We will confirm and delete your account within 7 days. We may ask you to confirm the request so that nobody else can delete your account.
What gets deleted
- Your account: name, email address and sign-in connection with Google or Apple
- All synced saves: links, titles, descriptions, thumbnail links, notes, tags, collections, favorites and "done" marks
Deletion is permanent and can't be undone. Copies may remain in encrypted backups for up to 30 days before they are overwritten. We don't keep any other data about you.
Using Kept without an account? Your saves are only on your phone. Delete them in the app, or uninstall Kept to remove everything.
